The machines mainly include dry laminating machine, solvent-free laminating machine, simple printing machine, LDPE basic bubble laminating machine, compound PP extrusion bubble laminating machine, compound foam laminating machine, and four different high-speed laminating machines. 1. Dry laminating machine

According to the material requirements of customized products, the solvent in the diluted glue solution is fully dried through heating and exhaust by means of coating, and then glued in the "dry" state. It can combine plastic film and aluminum foil or paper with different characteristics to meet the environmental requirements of product packaging. The machine speed is about 80m/min.

2. solvent-free laminating machine

Solvent-free compounding machine is a method of compounding two or more substrates together with solvent-free adhesive, also known as reactive compounding. Compared with dry compounding, it is more environmentally friendly, hygienic and efficient. The speed of the machine can reach up to 450 m/min.

3. simple printing machine

The advantage of cylinder printing is that the printing pressure is higher, the ink color is more saturated, the color is bright, the picture level is clear, and the printing durability is high. However, the cost of plate making is high and the cycle is long.

4. LDPE basic bubble laminating machine

According to the material requirements of customized products, different materials are bonded together with LDPE extrusion bubbles through thermal compounding process. The speed of the machine is about 10-40 m/min.
